CSV files

The free checker reads your files in your browser. They aren't uploaded, stored or seen by us. That page has no analytics, and its security rules block its scripts from connecting to any server. When you close or reload the page, your files are gone from it. Any report you download is saved only on your device.

Recovery demo

The demo uses made-up products, runs in your browser and sends nothing to us.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and your answers: store size, how often you make bulk edits, the tools you use, what has gone wrong before, and whether you'd pay. We also store the time you agreed to be contacted. Only the email address and the pay question are required. Please don't include customer details in your answers.

We use this only to contact you about this app and to decide whether to build it. We don't sell it.

Waitlist data is stored with Cloudflare, under its privacy policy. We don't store your IP address with your answers. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details by writing to [email protected]. We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them, or until we decide not to build the app, and then we delete them.

Website hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most hosts, it may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure. See its privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising trackers.

The home and privacy pages use Cloudflare Web Analytics to give us total counts, such as page views and referring sites. We see only those totals, not individual visitors. Cloudflare says this product doesn't use cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics, and doesn't fingerprint individuals for analytics. See Cloudflare Web Analytics. The checker page doesn't use it.
